Start with one challenge. Keep it running if the work is good.

Three programs, one challenge. Each is scoped to your reach and term in a single conversation.

Four-Week Challenge Run it once

One brief, one cohort, four weeks. How most employers see the quality of the work before committing to a term.

You receive

  • The solution work, with ownership covered in the agreement
  • Skill data on every participant across the five capabilities
  • A ranked shortlist with full Skills Track Records
  • The top performers, each of whom has earned an interview

Students receive

Four mentored weeks on your named challenge, feedback at every checkpoint, and a Skills Track Record and certificate carrying your challenge's name. Participation is free.

Best for

Seeing the work first, a hiring need this term, or one problem that needs outside thinking.

Always-On Challenge Keep it running

Your challenge, open all year at the colleges you choose, promoted by their placement teams, refreshed each term. The program that replaces a recruiting season.

Included

  • A named set of colleges in your reach, expanded every term
  • Cohorts every term, with a fresh brief from your business
  • Competitions as the wide entry, workshops by placement teams as preparation
  • Your bench of pre-graduation talent
  • A program lead and a Standing Report every month

Scoped by reach

One city, one country, or several countries. Reach sets the number of colleges, cohorts, and bench seats, and so the fee. A regional employer and a multinational run the same program at different scales.

Your Bench Know them before you hire

The pre-graduation group inside your Always-On Challenge. Strong performers a year or two from graduating stay engaged under your name.

How it works

  • Members take a new challenge each term, adding to their Track Record
  • Your team stays in light contact: a quarterly session, a note from a hiring manager, a showcase
  • By graduation you hold up to two years of verified performance on each member

Why it matters

Hiring from a bench you have watched for two years is a different decision from hiring from a stack of applications. People who spent months inside your problems also arrive knowing how you work, and stay longer.

Talent Signal Search the network

For Always-On employers: search the Skills Track Record network by capability, region, and performance, before candidates apply anywhere. Included at national and multi-country reach; an add-on for regional programs.

Funded programs CSR and foundations

The same four-week program for a named region or population, funded from a CSR or foundation budget, with board-ready reporting on participation, completion, capability levels, and employment. We structure the program against your CSR or foundation criteria and report in the format your board uses.

Reach, service and activity

As your reach grows, the program grows with it.

More colleges and cohorts, with additional support, activities and reporting at wider scopes. Your proposal sets out the reach, service and activity level.

Regional

Build your local presence

Selected colleges in one metro or state, with recurring cohorts and a brief refresh each term.

  • A program lead
  • Monthly Standing Report
  • Talent Signal available as an add-on
National

Extend across regions

A wider college network, with more cohorts and brief refreshes to sustain activity across regions.

  • A dedicated program lead
  • Talent Signal included
  • Monthly Standing Report across your reach
Multi-country / Flagship

Add a larger stage

Multi-country reach, or a flagship program within a market, with a broader calendar of employer activities.

  • Branded competitions each term
  • Executive jury and showcase
  • Board-ready reporting
  • Dedicated lead; quarterly review for Multi-country
  • Category exclusivity available as a separately priced option

Scope and activities follow your market and program.

What you open on the first of every month

Always-On employers get a Standing Report: four lines, every month, forwardable to finance. It counts presence and evidence, because that is what a year-round program builds.

Standing Report Structure shown; figures come from your program

Presence

  • Colleges carrying your challenge, by name, and those added this term
  • Preparation workshops run in your name by placement teams
  • Students who worked inside your problem this month

Evidence

  • Skills Track Records issued against your challenge, cumulative
  • Top performers who earned the interview, records attached
  • Solution work delivered this cycle

Bench

  • Bench members by graduation year
  • Months of verified performance history per member
  • Members re-engaged this term through a fresh brief

Reputation

  • Track Records naming your challenge posted publicly by students
  • Participant rating of the experience run in your name
  • Campuses in your reach where you were previously unknown
Attached each month: the ranked shortlist with Track Records, next term's brief for sign-off, and the colleges proposed for addition.

How programs are priced

Annual programs, billed monthly, scoped by reach, term, and the countries you hire in.

No per-student, per-hire, or placement fees.

We share a proposal after one conversation, because the right reach for a regional employer differs from a multinational's.

Most employers start with one challenge

Run a Four-Week Challenge, watch the closing presentations, decide from there.

If you move to an Always-On program within ninety days, the first challenge is free: its fee comes off the annual program.
